ZYON Home Care Physician provides primary care services to persons who are unable to leave their house to get medical treatment due to chronic or urgent health issues or impairments. Our primary care practitioners visit individuals in their homes, assisted living facilities, senior flats, or group homes. Patients are cared for without the stress of making multiple trips to their doctor’s office to manage chronic diseases, receive treatment, or obtain diagnostic or preventative tests or services.

Paidamoyo Wagoneka FNP, MSN
Paida is a board certified family nurse practitioner who is passionate about family medicine and disease prevention. She enjoys spending time educating patients about disease management and prevention. She graduated with her BSN at UT Tyler in Texas, and her MSN at Walden State university. She has been practising as a family primary care nurse practitioner serving populations ranging from 1 month old to geriatrics.
Paida has extensive clinical experience working as a registered nurse in Acute and rehabilitation hospitals in Texas for 10 years.
She is a mom to one son and in her leisure time Paida likes to travel, shop. She also serves her community through philanthropic ventures that also extend to Southern Africa.
